Joint Staff Negotiating Committee

We have had many staff recently asking about the role of the JSNC.

The JSNC is the Joint Staff Negotiating Committee whose staff side members are accredited representatives from the Trade Unions and professional bodies recognised by the Trust. Listening to members through constituent organisations our collective role is to be involved in consultation, in negotiation, whilst raising concerns, brought to us by individuals and groups of staff on a whole range of issues across the Trust.

• In the coming months staff side unions plan regular drop in sessions so that all staff can be informed of current situations. 
• Come along and find out more about us and ask us any questions you may have.
• Unable to "drop in" then simply request to meet with your trade union representative.
• Drop in sessions can be made available any day of the week for staff who wish to discuss the current situation.
• Regular information stall outside Greenbank restaurant .

Staff side Trade Unions and professional bodies now have a large notice board located outside W H Smiths on Level 6 - Information from JSNC meetings and any of its sub groups are available to view, also contact info you may need will be displayed there.
